About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Siemens Energy as an HR Admin Specialist, based at the Siemens Gamesa Blade Factory Site in Hull. As a key member of the HR team, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR Business Partner and Regional HR Services Manager UK&IE in delivering HR-related administration tasks.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Business Partner with a wide range of HR-related administration tasks, including data management and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Regional HR Services Manager UK&IE to ensure HR process compliance within the SGRE Hull Blade Factory site.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide support with Workday training, queries, and issues, as well as assist managers and HR Business Partner with Workday administration.
  • Liaise with MyHR (HR services provider) and Managers/HR Business Partner as required.
  • Support the HR Business Partner with the coordination and implementation of HR initiatives and events.
  • Conduct right to work checks for new hires and inbound delegates.
  • Assist Managers/HR Business Partner with note-taking and other administrative tasks.

  • A proactive and organized approach, with the ability to work accurately to deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to adapt communication styles for different audiences.
  • Experience in HR administration and HR processes, with a strong understanding of Workday.
  • Able to build solid relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external vendors.
