Head of Campus Operations

Liverpool John Moores University is a unique institution with a global presence, rooted in the Liverpool City Region. We are seeking an exceptional candidate to lead our Campus Support team, responsible for delivering high-quality facilities services across our multi-site setting.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic and operational delivery of facilities services, including helpdesk, building receptions, cleaning, porterage, mail room services, transport and fleet operations, maintenance coordination, and out-of-hours support.
- Change management and service alignment to meet the university's objectives.
- Reviewing processes and recommending innovative solutions to drive productivity in service delivery.
We are looking for a candidate with a significant track record of operational service delivery in a similar multi-site setting, with experience in change management and service alignment. You should have a strong record of reviewing processes and recommending innovative solutions to drive productivity.
