Head of Campus Operations

We're seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team as Head of Campus Support (Facilities). As a key member of our Estates Development and Campus Services team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality facilities services across our campuses, including:
- Helpdesk services
- Building receptions and facilities team support
- Cleaning and maintenance
- Porterage and mail room services
- Transport and fleet operations
- Coordination of maintenance and project coordination
- Out-of-hours support services
- Waste management
You'll need to demonstrate a strong track record of operational service delivery in a multi-site setting, with experience in change management and service alignment. A proven ability to review processes and implement innovative solutions that drive productivity in service delivery is essential.
