Fitness Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Operations Manager to join our team at Everlast Gyms. As a Gym Manager, you will be responsible for driving all revenue lines, managing controllable costs, and leading by example on reception and the gym floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Everlast Gyms as an ambassador for fitness and demonstrate our elevated ways of working.
- Drive all revenue lines from membership sales to product and secondary sales, and contribute to the overall profitability of the gym.
- Effective management of controllable costs, including stock orders and cleaning supplies, to eliminate wastage and overspend.
- Lead by example on reception and the gym floor, and ensure that all daily, weekly, and monthly operational processes are completed consistently and to a high standard.
- Recruit, monitor, train, and onboard new team members within your gym, and provide honest and constructive feedback to support their development.
- Manage all policies and procedures, including Health & Safety, and ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times.
Requirements:
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
- Level 2 qualification in fitness (desirable).
- 1+ year previous management role experience within the fitness industry.
- Strong leadership qualities, adaptability in communication and management style, and a positive, solutions-driven mindset.
- A member champion mentality with exceptional interpersonal skills, and a driven and ambitious approach to learning and development.
