About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Akari Care. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, working closely with the care team to create a warm and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional care to residents, observing and reviewing their needs to ensure their well-being.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of care plans, working collaboratively with the care team.
  • Support the training and supervision of junior colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive community, fostering strong relationships with residents and their families.

About You

We are looking for someone with a caring nature, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to adapt to changing situations. If you are a motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care, we would love to hear from you.
