Night Shift Opportunities Available

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Professional to join our team at Akari Care. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Observe, review, and finalize care planning needs to ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Assist in developing and implementing social activities that promote resident engagement and well-being.
  • Support the training and supervision of junior colleagues to ensure a smooth transition of care.
  • Collaborate with the care team to create a warm and welcoming environment that meets the unique needs of each resident.

About You:

  • A caring and empathetic nature to provide personalized support to our residents.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to foster strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing situations and priorities.
  • A warm, approachable, and engaging personality to create a positive atmosphere in our care homes.

  • A competitive salary starting at £12.52 per hour up to £13.27 per hour (dependent on qualification).
