Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Fire Safety Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of the property fire safety management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of all fire safety works across our portfolio of over 10,000 properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the FRA remedial works programme, ensuring timely and compliant completion of all fire safety projects.
  • Act as lead for property fires, coordinating response efforts and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Liaise with the local Fire Authority, fostering strong relationships and staying up-to-date on fire safety legislation and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Building Safety Manager to manage fire safety across our high-rise accommodation.
  • Develop and implement effective FRA strategies and policies, driving a culture of fire safety awareness within the organization.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Substantial experience in managing Fire Safety projects in the public sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of fire safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong budgeting and resource management abilities.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment and project management tools.

  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • You are proactive and results-driven, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
