Job Title: Case/Complaints Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Quality and Compliance team as a Case/Complaints Manager. This role will involve investigating quality, HR, complaint, and safeguarding matters, ensuring the organization responds positively to issues identified and makes recommendations for improved practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate quality, HR, complaint, and safeguarding matters
  • Ensure the organization responds positively to issues identified
  • Make recommendations for improved practice
  • Lead on policy coordination, assisting with document control and working to coordinate relevant departments on policy updates and implementation
Requirements:
  • Dynamic, motivated, and positive individual
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
