Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to join our team at Profitlink Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our sales team and driving customer satisfaction and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the existing Sales Team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, as a Sales/Transaction or Business Manager.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Outstanding organization and administrative abilities, with a cool head to work well under pressure.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to work some weekends on a rota basis.
What We Offer:
An income opportunity of up to £75,000 OTE, plus all usual benefits, in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
