As an Associate Director in Mechanical Engineering, you will play a vital role in shaping some of our exciting projects. Our diverse and inclusive work environment is where world-class talent knows no distinctions.

We specialise in all aspects of mechanical engineering, within multiple challenging and engaging sectors such as Water, Aviation, Defence, Energy, Cities & Development and Education.

Our team provides industry-leading mechanical engineering solutions right through the project lifecycle, with value added through client-side support as well as construction phases.

Your Purpose
  • Own and direct teams who undertake technical design work following relevant design standards and codes, and to high-quality levels.
  • Successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes.
  • Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
  • Setting quality assurance standards in design.
  • Grow, develop and manage mechanical engineering capability within the practice.
What You Can Bring
  • Chartered or Fellow Mechanical Engineer.
  • Comprehensive knowledge in mechanical equipment, such as pumps, blowers, screens and chemical dosing plant as well as a deep understanding of current UK design standards and working practices.

We offer a competitive salary that is regularly tested against other consultants with a default 25-days leave each year plus bank holidays and options to buy some or sell of that leave.
