Job Description

We are seeking a skilled TV Licence Compliance Officer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with legislation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting customers in the Belfast area, helping them understand and comply with the TV licence legislation. They will also provide guidance on how to obtain a TV licence and assist with finding a payment plan that suits their needs.

This role offers a range of benefits, including:

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 per annum
  • A company car or annual car allowance of £3,700 paid monthly
  • Mileage allowance paid in line with HMRC rates
  • A 5-hour week on a flexible shift pattern, with potential for a 4-day working week

You will need to have a full UK driving licence and strong interpersonal and communication skills. You should also have an excellent standard of both verbal and written English.
