Agricultural Support Coordinator Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support, data analysis, and coordination on various projects.
  • Deliver reports, support document control, and prepare team presentations.
  • Prepare up-to-date compliance documents for clients.
  • Aid financial management, including invoicing and monthly reports.
  • Understand team logistics, from meeting delivery to diary management.
  • Assist with general office and facilities management.
  • Provide ad-hoc assistance to company groups, initiatives, and events.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Strong IT skills and confidence with Microsoft Suite.
  • Good numeracy skills and financial understanding.
  • Keen problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Appetite to learn and develop.
