About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge Staff to join our team at Ten Group. As a Concierge Staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our high-net-worth clients, ensuring their every need is met with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client requests with attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of client preferences and interests to provide tailored solutions.
  • Research and recommend luxury experiences and services to exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Fluent Japanese language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leisure-oriented sector, hospitality, customer service, concierge, or call center.
  • Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dedication to customer satisfaction and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet client needs.
  • Strong administration skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
