Salary and Benefits

As a Registered Manager, you will receive a competitive salary of £42,000 to £48,000 per annum. You will also be eligible for annual bonuses, including the Partnership Share Scheme and an Annual Bonus. Additionally, you will enjoy 32 days' holiday, guaranteed birthday off each year, and one extra day after two years of service. We offer a full 6-month supported induction, as well as a 2-week induction with our partner training provider and in-house certified instructors.

Job Description

You will play a vital role in managing one of our Good or Outstanding children's homes, taking ownership of Ofsted requirements. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the home environment supports the needs of our young residents, making them feel secure, safe, and motivated. You will work closely with staff to create a positive atmosphere and actively participate in new referrals, providing outstanding homes to the young people we support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess a Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) and have experience managing an Ofsted-rated Good or Outstanding children's home. You should also have a genuine passion for helping others and be resilient, empathetic, and a team player with a 'can-do' attitude. A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months is essential.
