Job Title: Commercial Management Specialist

About the Role:
PIVT Group Ltd is seeking an experienced professional to manage contracts from end to end and ensure commercial integrity. The ideal candidate will oversee approximately 60 projects, prepare account development reviews, and conduct site visits as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of rental contracts, ensuring compliance and effective financial management.
  • Financial Oversight: Prepare regular account development reviews, project reports, and applications for payment, ensuring timely final accounts reconciliation.
  • Client Liaison: Collaborate with managers and clients to review project progress, resolve issues, and conduct site visits.
  • Project Management: Update project management systems with revenue and costs, manage the application and certification process, and approve subcontractor works orders for payment.
  • Review and Analysis: Conduct pricing document reviews, contract reviews (including JCT and NEC), and cash flow analysis to support decision-making.
Requirements:
  • GCSE Maths and English Level 4 (C) or above; commercial experience with industry knowledge and/or Quantity Surveyor (QS) experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) at an intermediate/advanced level.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and a solid understanding of drawings and building design.
