We are seeking an experienced Head of Commercial Finance to join our team at JSS Search. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and strategic guidance to our Commercial Trading, Digital, and Marketing sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead a team of business partners to achieve sales, margin, and marketing investment targets.
- Provide financial planning and analysis support to inform business decisions.
- Champion financial modelling and forecasting to optimize business outcomes.
- Develop and oversee a Marketing Effectiveness framework to maximize ROI.
- Innovate and enhance financial practices within the digital sphere.
- Act as a key financial leader on strategic cost management and efficiency projects.
Requirements:
- Qualified CIMA, ACCA, or ACA accountant with substantial years PQE in industry.
- Demonstrable experience in commercial finance within a retail/FMCG or multisite business setting.
- Proven ability to thrive in an agile working environment while managing competing priorities.
- Well-versed in Business Partnering with a strong track record of collaborating across diverse business units.
- Capable of leading and facilitating team transformations.
- Experienced in managing and leading teams effectively.
What We Offer:
- Competitive basic salary of £110,000, car allowance, and bonus.
