Quantitative Trading Assistant

Quant Capital is seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Trading Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our trading operations, you will be responsible for monitoring live trading dashboards, alerting senior staff to any errors or issues, and running daily order generation procedures in parallel trading environments. You will also be responsible for liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including IT, software development, and operations teams, as well as brokers and fund administrators.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Running daily order generation procedures in parallel trading environments
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including IT, software development, and operations teams, as well as brokers and fund administrators
  • Initiating algorithms to execute signals provided by the trading system

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a deep understanding of code and a strong background in trading or financial markets. You should have excellent IT skills, including MS Excel, and good basic financial products knowledge.
