Key Responsibilities- Conduct structured meetings with individuals to identify suitable study and support strategies, including Non-Medical Helper (NMH) and travel support.
- Evaluate the suitability of assistive technology and other aids for each individual and provide recommendations.
- Produce formal written needs assessment reports in accordance with relevant guidance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Respond to post-assessment queries from customers or funding bodies within the required timeframe.
- Conduct reviews of customer needs as requested.
- Exemplary communication skills and excellent report writing abilities.
- Extensive knowledge of DSA funding guidance and current assistive technology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve excellent results.
- Reliable and dependable with sound organisational skills.
