Job OverviewIn this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient biomarker analysis workflows, utilizing automation techniques to enhance productivity and accuracy.
Responsibilities- Design and execute biomarker assays for medicinal product development, ensuring compliance with GCP and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation into laboratory workflows, maximizing efficiency and minimizing errors.
- Develop and maintain processes for data integrity, audit trails, and documentation.
- Pursue continuous learning and stay up-to-date with emerging trends in bioanalysis, ensuring our team remains at the forefront of industry advancements.
- Required:
- Graduate degree in a relevant field (biology, biochemistry, pharmacology).
- Proven experience in biomarker analysis, preferably in a GxP regulated environment.
- Desirable:
- Familiarity with regulatory aspects of human biological sample management and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
