Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Project Manager to lead our Cisco infrastructure team and deliver high-profile network upgrades and implementations.

\

Key Responsibilities

  1. \
  2. Manage the full life cycle of Cisco-related projects, including planning, design, implementation, and migration.\
  3. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.\
  4. Collaborate with network engineers, IT teams, and vendors to ensure successful execution of Cisco solutions, including Routers, Switches, Firewalls, and collaboration tools.\
  5. Oversee the deployment and configuration of Cisco hardware and software, ensuring that all solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards.\
  6. Identify project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and managing escalation where necessary.\
  7. Track and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders.\
  8. Manage stakeholder relationships, facilitating project meetings, workshops, and presentations to ensure clear communication and alignment.\
  9. Ensure all project documentation is maintained and updated, following best practices and governance standards.\
  10. Monitor project costs and resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of budget and resources throughout the project life cycle.\

Requirements

  • \
  • Proven experience as a Senior Network Project Manager, specifically managing Cisco-based infrastructure or networking projects.\
  • Ability to manage complex network upgrade and implementation projects across multiple locations.\
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating with technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.\
  • Experience with network security, routing protocols, LAN/WAN environments, and Cisco configurations.\
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a track record of managing project risks and issues effectively.\
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms.\
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.\
  • Familiarity with Agile project management practices.\

What We Offer

\

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave.
