About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Real Estate Development Manager to join our team in Bridgwater. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction and refurbishment projects within our UK portfolio, working closely with technical specialists in Lyon (France) and external partners.

Job Description

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Leading Project Teams: Manage project teams composed of technical specialists, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  2. Collaborating with Design Teams: Work closely with design teams to influence project designs, ensuring feasibility and compliance with project goals.
  3. Selecting Suppliers: Oversee the selection and management of external suppliers, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
  4. Milestones Tracking: Track project timelines and budgets, ensuring milestones are met and financial parameters are respected.
  5. On-Site Supervision: Conduct physical supervision of construction sites, overseeing deliveries, progress, and the quality of work to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant work experience and 5 years in project management, preferably in construction or real estate development. A strong focus on precision in every aspect of project management is essential, as well as ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
