The Real Estate Portfolio Manager will play a critical role in expanding our property portfolio in the UK, working closely with technical specialists and external partners to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. With a strong background in construction or real estate development, the ideal candidate will possess extensive project management experience, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully leading project teams. Key responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing construction and refurbishment projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Working closely with Immostef's management team to identify and secure new land and property acquisition opportunities.
  • Managing external suppliers, selecting and partnering with companies that meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
  • Maintaining relationships with private and public sector stakeholders to stay informed about new real estate opportunities.
  • Navigating regulatory and planning requirements related to land development, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Requirements

We seek a highly skilled professional with at least 10 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate development and 5 years in project management. Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required, with additional languages such as French being beneficial. Travel is expected within the assigned work area and periodically to the office in Lyon, France, and the Netherlands. Essential skills and qualifications include:
  • Formal training in construction or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Experience in project management, preferably in construction or real estate development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.

Estimated Salary: $125,000 - $160,000 per year
