Nursing Leadership Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled Regional Lead Nurse to join our dynamic team. This exciting role offers the chance to contribute to the success of our specialist healthcare service and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

As a Regional Lead Nurse, you will oversee the management of Nurse Case Managers, build relationships with key stakeholders, and drive the delivery of high-quality care services.

About the Role
  • Promote a culture of excellence and professionalism within the team
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with health and social care commissioners
  • Support and manage Nurse Case Managers and carers to achieve outstanding results
  • Ensure effective complaint and incident management processes
  • Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
Package and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive annual salary of up to £55,000 (dependent on experience) and opportunities for professional development and training.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Qualified Registered General Nurse (NMC Registered Nurse)
  • Experience in clinical or nursing management at a senior level
  • Up-to-date tracheostomy care and ventilator care knowledge
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • A patient-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
