We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Armstrong Knight. In this role, you will be responsible for processing fortnightly and monthly payroll using Sage payroll, filing statutory payroll returns, and dealing with payroll-related matters and statutory compliances.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role and possess strong skills in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel. Additionally, they will have knowledge of Foreign Currency conversions & Postings and be proficient in Sage Payroll Experience Essential.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that offers an estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location. The successful candidate will also receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance and paid time off.
In this role, you will work closely with the Accounts Team to ensure timely invoicing and credit note issuance, as well as calculation of franchise fees and preparation of aged debt reports.
Key Responsibilities- Processing fortnightly and monthly payroll using Sage payroll
- Filing statutory payroll returns
- Dealing with payroll-related matters and statutory compliances
- Posting & Allocation of receipts and payments
- Daily Bank reconciliations of all company bank accounts
- Investigating and resolving queries from Franchisees regarding Royalty & Marketing Fees
