As the Head of Housekeeping, you will be responsible for leading a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that every room and living space is maintained to the highest standards. This requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to motivate your team to deliver exceptional results.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience of housekeeping in a care home, hospital, or hotel environment. You will also need to have a proven ability to lead and inspire a team, as well as a caring nature and good communication skills. You will be working closely with other members of staff, residents, and their relatives, so it is essential that you are able to build strong relationships and communicate effectively.
