About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager for the UK Packaging Division. This is a key position that will play a crucial role in supporting our ambitious growth plans for the e-commerce business.

As a strong sales professional, you will work closely with our wider packaging teams and liaise with other sales managers to transform the role in line with our growth strategy. You will have the autonomy to use your input and expertise to drive business growth, while also building strong working relationships with our marketing, design, and innovation teams.

About You

  • Proven success and experience in business development roles within the FMCG industry, with a focus on packaging experience.
  • Experience of working with e-commerce products and a strong understanding of the e-commerce market.
  • A full driving license and a strong ability to work independently and remotely with travel as needed.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to deal with conflict and challenge both externally and internally.
  • Driven to meet sales targets and a proven track record of success in pipeline management and sales reporting.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders across the business.

Location

This is a full-time, home-based role with frequent travel to our customers and offices in Milton Keynes, Paddington, and Solihull as required.
