About the serviceOur service in Forfar is set in a beautiful location, with a spacious communal lounge, kitchen area, and garden. Each individual we support has their own purpose-built flat, and we offer a bespoke support package tailored to their needs and aspirations. We are looking for a driver who is willing to drive a work vehicle, although this is not essential.
Available hours and shift patterns include part-time and relief, with various shift patterns including early, late, sleepover, and nightshift. Full flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the people we support, and you will be required to work weekends on a rota basis.
About youWe are looking for an individual with a genuine passion to make a difference in the life of someone with additional support needs. Essential qualities include good team-working skills, a positive attitude, ability to communicate effectively, and strong work ethic. You will also need to be able to prioritize and manage workloads, be eager to develop, and have patience and understanding.
