Senior Room Lead Early Years Practitioner

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and supervise a room of children, ensuring their well-being and development
- Plan and implement engaging and educational activities to support children's learning
- Mentor and support junior staff members in the room.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Maintain a safe and stimulating environment for children to thrive
**Requirements**:
- Qualified in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior role in a nursery setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of early years curriculum and child development.
**Location**: Angus, Scotland
