The Role: Senior Real-Time 3D Artist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real-Time 3D Artist to join our in-house team. You will play a crucial role in developing stunning visuals for both interactive projects and video content, leveraging your expertise in game engines and real-time pipelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Unreal Engine's comprehensive suite of tools to create high-quality assets for video and interactive projects. As you progress, we encourage you to explore Unity's HDR pipeline.
  • Model optimized assets ranging from hard surface objects to photorealistic environmental elements.
  • Contribute to the research and development (R&D) pipeline, staying abreast of the latest tools and processes within the industry.
  • Create shaders and textures for a wide range of assets.
  • Set up cameras, lighting, and block scenes effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with artists, designers, and programmers to bring the Producer or Creative Director's vision to life.
  • Develop convincing Real-Time VFX throughout all stages of the development process, from conception to completion.
  • Maintain consistently high visual quality across a spectrum of effects, encompassing vast environments, intricate technical objects, and everything in between.
  • Optimize effects for efficient performance while preserving exceptional visual fidelity.
  • Share innovative ideas to enhance workflows and mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Real-Time 3D Artist with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in Unreal Engine and/or Unity.
  • Exceptional 3D modeling, texturing, and lighting abilities.
  • A deep understanding of real-time rendering techniques and optimization strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for creating immersive and engaging experiences.
