About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior 3D Artist to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our art team, you will be responsible for executing creative vision and delivering high-quality game-ready production assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Art Director to develop and execute creative concepts and visions.
- Mentor and guide mid-level and junior artists to enhance their skills and quality of work.
- Design and create high-quality 3D art assets, including characters, environments, and effects, using 3DS MAX.
- Develop and maintain efficient production pipelines to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of art assets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest 3D art creation techniques, tools, and technologies, including custom shaders and PBR workflows.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and production, to ensure seamless integration of art assets.
- Contribute to the development of art style guides and ensure consistency across all art assets.
