We are seeking a skilled Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Bridge Veterinary Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our veterinary surgeons in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of animal health issues.
The role is based across two sites at Blackwood and Brynmawr, with a 40-hour week, spread over five days. You will be part of our Saturday rota, which includes one day in four at our main clinic in Pontllanfraith. This arrangement allows for a great work-life balance, with no out-of-hours or bank holiday shifts required.
Bridge Veterinary Group is an ISFM-accredited Silver Practice and a nurse training centre. We pride ourselves on providing a supportive and sociable environment, with regular team-building activities, including a book club and bake-offs.
As a key member of our team, you will have access to state-of-the-art facilities, including digital x-ray, dental x-ray, endoscopes, ultrasound scanners, lasers, and well-equipped surgical theatres. Our Blackwood site features a separate cat waiting area and kennels, while our Brynmawr branch offers opportunities for nurse clinics.

- Certificate support and learning opportunities through the IVC Evidensia Academy
- Access to Vetlexicon, our online encyclopaedia provider
- Professional memberships, including VDS cover and RCVS fees
