We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Surgeon to lead our compassionate team at the Cardiff Veterinary Centre. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on animal health and well-being.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough examinations of animals to diagnose health issues and develop treatment plans.
- Perform surgical procedures, including routine surgeries and emergency interventions.
- Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure high standards of care are maintained.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all patients treated.
- Provide guidance and education to pet owners regarding animal care, nutrition, and preventative health measures.
Requirements:
- A degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent qualification is essential.
- Previous experience as a Veterinary Surgeon is highly desirable, particularly in a clinical setting.
- A compassionate approach towards animals and their owners, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions.
