Senior Destination Manager - Europe

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Destination Manager to join our team at C&M Travel Recruitment. As a key member of our luxury travel team, you will play a crucial role in creating unforgettable, creative, and exceptional travel experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage tailormade itineraries across all European destinations, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate rates, develop new products, and continuously update existing European product offerings.
  • Monitor supplier performance and quality, ensuring seamless execution of travel experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and opportunities in the tailormade market in Europe, identifying ways to increase product revenue.
  • Work closely with the Product Director to create a sales strategy for Europe, focusing on product development and revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers, ensuring exceptional service and quality.
  • Train and update the sales team on existing and new products, maximizing sales and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content highlighting the unique experiences of our destinations and itineraries.
Requirements:
  • Destination specialist with expertise in creating luxury tailormade itineraries in Europe.
  • Previous experience working as a Product Manager in the luxury travel market.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
  • Knowledge of working with different markets (UK, US, and ASIA).
  • A creative, innovative, and passionate product manager with a self-driven and motivated approach.
