Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Administration Team Manager to join our team. As a key member of our back-office operations, you will be responsible for managing our Administration staff and ensuring the smooth running of our office. If you have a strong background in team leadership and a passion for delivering high-quality results, we would love to hear from you.
In this role, you will lead the day-to-day activities of the Administration teams, providing guidance and support to ensure the team achieves its objectives. You will also be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new team members, conducting performance reviews and appraisals, and using a Diary Management System to allocate and track incoming work across the Administration teams.
A competitive salary is offered for this 1-year fixed-term contract position, with a bonus at the end of the contract, potentially extended or made permanent. The estimated annual salary for this role is £55,000.
