Security Vetting Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Security Vetting Advisor to join our team at Tetra Tech. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive security vetting coordination services to our business, ensuring that processes are adhered to and implemented in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure efficient processing of documents and maintain accurate records of completed clearances and applications.
- Help to maintain archive and track a variety of data, including vetting sponsor transactions and payments.
- Assist staff to comply with company security and GDPR protocols, and provide guidance to applicants throughout the application process.
- Liaise with our vetting sponsor to facilitate requests for new www cards and renewals, and monitor clearance expiry dates to ensure timely renewal.
- Provide vetting data to key stakeholders within the business when requested, and verify vetting sponsor transactions including payments.
- Act as point of contact within Tetra Tech for a range of security vetting queries, and assist our vetting sponsor in the execution of their duties in respect of clearances.
- Hold SC clearance as a minimum to fulfill the role.
- Highly articulate with excellent interpersonal skills, and friendly and approachable with excellent customer service.
- Able to multi-task, organize and prioritize workloads while remaining calm under pressure, and willing to learn and expand your skills and have an attention to detail.
- Able to work well as a team and on your own, and willing to be flexible and adaptable.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook, 365, and excellent attention to detail.
- Used to working in a highly organized and methodical manner, and strong verbal and written communication skills, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Pro-active attitude and a desire to provide a quality customer service, and a willingness to consider new ways of working and adapt current processes where a beneficial change is identified.
