**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced teacher to join our team on a full-time basis to cover a maternity leave starting in February 2025. As a Year 1/2 Class Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging and creative lessons that meet the needs of individual students.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive. You will work collaboratively with other members of the teaching staff and support staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as pension scheme, professional development opportunities, and a welcoming school community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons that meet the needs of individual students
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the teaching staff and support staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience
  • Maintain effective communication with parents and caregivers, providing them with regular updates on their child's progress
  • Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in the UK
  • Show adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic school setting
