Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at a prestigious hotel in the UK. As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing the kitchen and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards
  • Supervising a team of kitchen staff and ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively
  • Assisting the Head Chef in creating menus and recipes
  • Ensuring that the kitchen is well-stocked and that all equipment is in good working order
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures
  • Ability to train and develop a team of kitchen staff
