About The Role

Gleeds Corporate Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in the Glasgow office. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of large-scale new build projects, extensive CAT A, B and C fit out works across various locations in the North Region.

You will provide excellent communication and collaboration with colleagues, programme leads, client representatives, consultants and contractors on site to effectively deliver projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives
  • Positively engaging with customers and developing, growing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Delivering high quality services and deliverables ensuring that services meet our Customer's requirements.
  • Managing projects and/or programmes to deliver high quality services and deliverables in accordance with the business procedures
  • Administering contracts as a contract administrator, employer's agent or project manager
  • Producing and presenting to customers
  • Mentoring and coaching employees so that they realise their full potential
  • Preparing bids for services.
  • Managing service delivery for profit
  • Advising directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or may arise, on projects; in particular those that might impact on Gleeds professional indemnity (PI) insurance
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager who has a sound knowledge and practiced experience of project management techniques. You should have the ability to administer construction contracts as Contract Administrator, Employer's Agent and/or Project Manager and have a clear understanding of legislation impacting on building contracts.

You should also have excellent problem solving, negotiating, financial and numeracy skills and sound ICT skills, with a high proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
