Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and mobility support.
- Engage with residents in activities and hobbies, promoting social interaction and a sense of community.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Contribute to a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and health and safety protocols.
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- At least one year of experience working in an elderly care home.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.44.
- A zero-hours contract, offering flexibility and work-life balance.
- Paid breaks and uniform provided.
- A pension scheme and DBS check.
- Onsite parking and a supportive work environment.
