Pharmacy Technician Lead Medicines Management

To provide high-quality pharmacy services to wards and clinics in conjunction with clinical and patient services staff.
The post holder will support the delivery of a well-structured pharmacy service, under the direction of the line manager who will assess the ward-based competencies of the post holder and ensure standardisation of activities.
The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams to deliver efficient and effective medication supply chain management.
Key responsibilities include developing and participating in ward-based pharmacy services, maintaining compliance with King's policies and procedures, and supporting the development of medicines management pharmacy technician services.
A strong understanding of pharmacy operations, quality standards, and performance indicators is essential for success in this role.
The salary for this position is approximately £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
