We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our newly established Software Engineering function at Clarion Housing Group Limited.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will spend approximately 70-80% of your time writing code, managing and mentoring junior team members, and leading agile ceremonies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain high-quality cloud-based software applications using JavaScript or C# (ideally both) with a strong understanding of SQL (preferably T-SQL).
  • Leverage your expertise in AWS/Azure to design, deploy, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Fluent proficiency in JavaScript or C# (ideally both) and competent in the other.
  • Experience working with SQL (preferable T-SQL) and a strong understanding of database management.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS/Azure.
