Office Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at Pure Resourcing Solutions. As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level support for administrative tasks, including filing, document management, and data entry.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure the office is well-maintained, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, suppliers, and clients.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with coordinating projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns.
Requirements:
  • Administration Experience: Proven experience in administration, including customer service, data entry, and document management.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
