The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Operative to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of our buildings, ensuring they remain safe, efficient, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Your primary duties will include:
- Carrying out routine maintenance tasks, such as joinery, door furniture, and building fabric repairs
- Assisting with plumbing, painting, and decorating tasks
