Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior School Administrator to join our team at School Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the school office, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for local authorities, external agencies, staff, and parents, providing excellent customer service and communication.
  • Work closely with the Business Development team and Senior Leadership Team to report on admissions and pupil numbers, ensuring alignment with agreed budgets.
  • Organize assessment visits for pupils and support the organization of open mornings for pupils and parents.
  • Line manage administration support roles, with responsibility for performance management and development.
  • Coordinate and manage reception cover as part of the administration team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Experience of a busy and sometimes pressurized office environment.
  • Proven discretion, tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality in dealing with adults and children.
  • Flexibility to work occasionally early or late and at weekends as necessary.
  • Knowledge of Data Protection Act.
  • Holding a full UK driving license and having access to your own vehicle.
