About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Receptionist and Customer Experience Lead to join our Arnold Clark Group team in Glasgow. As a part-time employee, you will work Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm.

Responsibilities
  • You will act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm welcome and excellent service.
  • You will manage a large volume of customer calls and deal with enquiries effectively and efficiently.
  • You will maintain a clean and presentable environment for our customers.
  • You will work closely with all departments within the branch to ensure seamless customer service.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will receive extensive training in Cisco telephony and Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel.
