We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at The Selection Partnership Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and lead generation through various channels, including email campaigns and social media
- Research and maintain a lead generation database, conduct customer research, and interpret market surveys
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and meet sales projections
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
- Self-motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proven experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record of achieving targets and meeting sales projections
- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Understanding and ability to use a CRM system
- Full driving license and ability to travel as required
