About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Environmental Competency Specialist to join our team at NOBUL RESOURCING SOLUTIONS LIMITED. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the advancement of environmental competencies and solutions globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Primary Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants pursuing qualifications and assessments for various registrations.
  • Membership Administration: Administer and oversee applications for memberships and specialist registers, ensuring seamless and efficient processing.
  • Registration Processes: Manage registration processes with engineering and science councils, including data management and annual returns, to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Standards and Activities: Assist with reviews, updates, and promotions of standards and activities within relevant councils, ensuring alignment with our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Professional Development: Support the annual professional development audits and provide assistance during membership reviews, helping to ensure the continued growth and development of our members.
  • Administrative Support: Offer administrative support for various committees and panels, providing essential support to our team and stakeholders.
  • Member Records: Maintain and develop individual member records within our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Quality Management: Uphold quality management and compliance with certification requirements, ensuring our organization meets the highest standards.
