The Senior Consultant role in Corporate Actions is a unique blend of operational execution and strategic direction. As a key member of our team, you will utilize your knowledge and experience to ensure seamless transactions, instructions, and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong risk and control culture within the team, minimizing operational risk and promptly identifying potential issues.
  • Review and release processes performed by the team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage daily workflow volumes, prioritizing tasks and optimizing resources.
  • Provide coaching and technical support to staff, helping them resolve complex issues and improve their skills.
  • Lead complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and ambiguous issues, driving process improvement and system enhancements.
  • Operate independently as a subject matter expert, providing comprehensive consulting and partnering at a high technical level.
  • Carry out large-scale, cross-functional activities that require technical expertise and strategic thinking.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in voluntary Corporate Actions, gained within financial services or a similar environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Corporate Actions principles and market practices.
  • Knowledge of Corporate Actions within EMEA markets, including UK and Euroclear.
  • Strong SWIFT knowledge and experience with Crest GUI and Easy way.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple deliverables and work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
