Job Title: EC&I Engineering Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced EC&I Engineering Manager to oversee and manage the design, development, and implementation of control, electrical, and instrumentation systems for various projects. The successful candidate will ensure all engineering activities comply with relevant standards, regulations, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the EC&I engineering team to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Oversee the design and implementation of control, power, and instrumentation systems to meet project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including those related to safety and quality.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Conduct technical reviews and assessments to ensure engineering activities meet project requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support to the engineering team.
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of engineering tasks, including project planning, risk management, and change control.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of engineering services.
- Develop and maintain engineering standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Prepare and present technical reports to stakeholders, including project managers, clients, and senior management.
Requirements:
- Chartered Engineer status or equivalent.
- Degree in Electrical, Control Systems, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Extensive EC&I engineering experience, preferably in the nuclear/defence sector.
- Proven team management and leadership skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of power, control, and instrumentation systems, including design, development, and implementation.
- Excellent understanding of industry standards and regulations, including those related to safety and quality.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with experience in managing projects from concept to delivery.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with experience in resolving complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in working with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software, including CAD, simulation, and project management tools.
What We Offer:
