Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of pupils with SEMH requirements.

- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and expertise in supporting pupils with complex needs.
- Contribute to the development of curriculum content that addresses the specific needs of our pupils, promoting academic excellence and social-emotional growth.
- A recognized teaching qualification, such as QTS or equivalent, with experience in SEMH education.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver creative, engaging lesson plans tailored to individual pupil needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices in SEMH education.
- Competitive salary up to £44,310 per annum, depending on experience.
